Shipping Container Condition

Containers may be sold in different conditions including newer or one trip, cargo worthy, wind and watertight, refurbished or project grade condition.

Used containers may show normal signs of industrial use, including:

• Surface corrosion
• Faded paint

• Floor wear
• Previous repairs
• Normal handling marks

Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition does not necessarily affect the practical suitability of a container.

Orders

Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service.

Orders remain subject to availability, payment verification, delivery feasibility and final acceptance.

We may contact you if additional information is needed before an order can be completed.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issue or material delivery restriction.

Inspection at Delivery

Any significant issue should be documented with photographs and reported to us as soon as reasonably possible.

30 Day Returns

Eligible customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Because shipping containers require specialized transportation, customers must contact us before arranging or attempting a return.

Return eligibility may depend on the condition of the product, the reason for return and whether the container has been materially altered after delivery.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received, inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be initiated within 14 days.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

After a refund has been initiated, additional banking or payment processor time may be required before funds appear in the customer's account.

Modified & Customized Containers

Where we provide modification or customization services, customers are responsible for reviewing the requested specifications before work begins.

Custom work may include:

• Plumbing
• Partition walls
• Custom paint

Customized items may not qualify for ordinary change of mind return rights after customization has been completed, except where applicable law or our written policy provides otherwise.

Products specifically sold as project grade, as is or with disclosed defects should be evaluated according to the condition represented before purchase.
