Customers should ensure that their telephone number, email address and delivery information are accurate when placing an order.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
Before submitting your order, please verify:
- Street address
- City
- State
- ZIP code
- Recipient name
- Contact telephone number
If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible before the container has been dispatched.
Delivery Site Access
Shipping containers require specialized transportation equipment and adequate space for safe unloading.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location provides reasonable access for the delivery vehicle.
Please consider:
- Road width and condition
- Gate and entrance width
- Turning space
- Low hanging branches
- Overhead utility lines
- Soft or unstable ground
- Steep slopes
- Buildings and fences
- Drainage areas
- Space required for unloading
The delivery area should be accessible, reasonably level and safe for the delivery vehicle and unloading operation.
Container Placement
Customers should identify the intended placement location before delivery whenever possible.
The final placement area should provide appropriate support for the container and sufficient access for unloading.
The customer should also consider which direction the container doors need to face.
Delivery personnel may decline a requested placement if they reasonably determine that the location is unsafe, inaccessible or likely to cause damage to property, equipment or the delivery vehicle.
Delivery Delays
Although our standard delivery timeframe is 5–7 days, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect transportation schedules.
Possible causes of delay may include:
- Severe weather
- Hurricanes or tropical storms
- Road closures
- Traffic disruptions
- Mechanical problems
- Carrier scheduling disruptions
- Unsafe delivery conditions
- Government restrictions
- Unexpected transportation interruptions
Where a significant delay becomes known, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated delivery information.
Failed or Unsuccessful Delivery
A delivery may be unsuccessful where the driver cannot reasonably or safely access the delivery location.
Examples include:
- Insufficient access space
- Unsafe road conditions
- Locked or inaccessible gates
- Undisclosed overhead obstructions
- Unstable ground
- Incorrect delivery information
Where delivery cannot be completed because of conditions within the customer's reasonable control, additional transportation, waiting or redelivery costs actually incurred may apply.
Any additional charge will be communicated before a redelivery is arranged.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their container at the time of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Please check:
- Container size
- Container type
- General exterior condition
- Doors and locking bars
- Floor condition
- Any visible transportation damage
Used containers may have normal cosmetic wear consistent with their advertised condition grade.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If your order arrives materially damaged during transportation or you receive a container materially different from the container ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We recommend taking clear photographs showing:
- The complete container
- The affected area
- Any visible damage
- Container identification where available
Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Changes Before Delivery
If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.
Address or delivery changes requested before dispatch may generally be easier to accommodate.
Once an order has entered transportation, certain changes may not be possible without rescheduling or additional transportation arrangements.
